We do not collect: brokerage credentials, payment card numbers (the app is free during beta), advertising IDs for ads, precise GPS, contacts, or photos.
We do not sell personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not run third-party advertising SDKs.

We are based in the United States. If you use the App from elsewhere, your data may be processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate. Where EU/UK law requires, we rely on vendor transfer tools such as Standard Contractual Clauses / UK IDTA.
Email support@macksims.com with subject “Privacy Request” to access, correct, delete, or export personal information where the law gives you those rights (including GDPR/UK GDPR and California CPRA). We may need to verify it is you.

Guest mode: clear site or app storage on your device to remove local data.
GDPR timelines: generally within 1 month. California: generally within 45 days. Some US states allow an appeal if we deny a request — reply with subject “Privacy Appeal.”
We use essential cookies and local storage to run the App, remember preferences, and keep you signed in. We do not use non-essential advertising cookies. We do not currently alter behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals because we do not use third-party ads or cross-site tracking pixels. Hosting providers may still process technical logs.
Aegis Intel is for ages 13 and up. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child provided data and we will delete it.
We use HTTPS and industry-standard access controls. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach of covered personal information requires notice under Florida’s Information Protection Act or other law, we will notify as required. Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights controller rules target very large platforms; we still aim for clear notices and no sale of personal information.
Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data Safety should match this notice: optional account email, local or synced watchlists, no ads SDK, no brokerage credentials, no precise GPS.
We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noticed in-app or by email when appropriate.
We collect the categories listed above for the purposes stated. We disclose them to service providers as described. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may request know, delete, and correct rights via support@macksims.com.
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, MackSims LLC is the controller. Lawful bases are mainly contract and legitimate interests (security/ops). You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We have not appointed a DPO or EU/UK representative at this time.
